With nearly 20 years of experience working in higher education and informed by more than a decade of research on student learning and institutional approaches to supporting success, I have been fortunate to engage with practitioners, administrators, and faculty to bring my expertise to bear on their work. I have worked on a variety of campuses ranging from small, private, liberal arts-focused institutions to large, public, research-focused universities as well as consortia of colleges and universities working at the frontier of institutional transformation.

Campuses have sought out my expertise in these key areas of focus:

  • First-year Programs

  • Sophomore Programs

  • Student Transitions and Learning

  • Integrated Approaches to Student Success

  • Peer Education and Leadership

  • High-Impact Practice

  • Assessment and Evaluation

If you would like to arrange a meeting to discuss a potential presentation or consultative visit on any of these or related topics, please contact me to discuss your needs and how I can assist in your work.
